All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours after receiving the order. We try our best to process the order as soon as possible but due to high volume of orders, sometimes it could take longer. Over 90% of our orders are processed within 24 hours.
Our suppliers inventory is stored in multiple warehouses globally. Depending on where the product is stored, the shipping times vary by product. To get the exact shipping time for a product you're interested in, kindly check the "Shipping" tab in the product description page.
Once we ship an order, we will provide you with tracking information and also send you shipping updates whenever there is a change in tracking status.
Note that our shipping times are slightly longer compared to big companies because we offer free shipping and the best value for our customers.
If you want to change or cancel your order, you can do so only within 24 hours of placing the order. Past the 24 hour mark, you will need to wait for the item to arrive, and submit a return request if you still don't like the item.
